Estimated Delivery: 15–20 business days after processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? We’re here to help.

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

“Cancel My Order”


🏡 Address Corrections

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll update it before dispatch.

Once a package has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.


📦 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers attempt delivery twice.
If both attempts fail, the package may be returned to us.

Should this occur, we’ll reach out to arrange a new delivery plan.

• A clear photo of the issue

We’ll send a replacement immediately — at no cost to you.
